Livvi Health uses board certified Advanced practice providers to see all patients. Livvi health has Advanced Practice Registered Nurses providing telehealth services. Services are provided only to patients physically located in states where the provider is licensed at the time of the visit. Livvi practices in accordance with all applicable state telehealth laws and maintains the same standard of care as in-person medical services. Payment is required before medication is prescribed. This practice does not bill insurance. Patients are responsible for understanding service fees prior to scheduling. Refunds can not be given once medication has shipped. If medication order can be cancelled prior to shipment a refund will be given.
